Sunday love #3

Hello lovelies, already it's Sunday again! How has your week been? I have definitely been sucked back into terrible working habits (15 hours days, dreaming about work...just me?!) and am even working this weekend, so it's been a particularly uneventful week, though I did finish my first craft project of the year! Fingers crossed I'll get everything finished this afternoon to go and have THE BEST Sichuan food available in London with friends later on!

Friends on Facebook will have seen me raving about the joys of terrible Kpop at full blast when trying to work. For those times over the past few days when something a little lower key is required, this Cyril Hahn remix of Say My Name has been doing wonders. It suits the soft quiet of a snowy day particularly well.

Other things around these parts catching my eye this week...

I discovered (late to the game) the wonderful Esme and the Laneway. I'm particularly obsessed with her hair- it's making me pin all these wonderful shades of red hair on Pinterest and speculating whether it's time for a change of colour!

It's almost time to register for the next round of 30 Days of Lists! In the meantime, you can download previous rounds as a self-paced pdf.

Design*Sponge want to see your January knitting projects! You can see a sneak preview of mine here. Yes, I'm still a baby-knitter!

Yes and Yes's mini travel guide to Sri Lanka gave me a serious case of itchy feet and wanderlust.

Finally, for some serious life and blog inspiration, check out this list by Keri Smith of 100 ideas for journaling, blogging or a few weird and wonderful adventures!

What are you reading this Sunday?

  1. My goodness, I think you must be the last blogger in the world to have stumbled upon Esme & The Laneway ;)

Yay for finished craft project but boo for rubbish amounts of work. Hoping it'll calm down for you soon x
